Child policy: - Children below 100cm in height are free of charge. - Children 100-140cm in height require a child ticket. - Children over 140cm in height require an adult ticket. Good to know: - Cable car tickets may be upgraded to three-day unlimited access within the voucher validity period at no additional cost at the Tourist Area Ticket Office. Please note that upgrades must be completed before the ticket is scanned at the entrance gate. Once the ticket has been used for entry, upgrades will no longer be available. Face ID registration is required before boarding the cable car. - All admission ticketholders will receive one complimentary beer voucher on the way to the cable car. Guests who are unable to collect the voucher prior to boarding may claim it at 1901 Bana Brew House. Requests to exchange the beer voucher for a fast food item instead are strictly subject to the restaurant's operational availability. - For night admission, the complimentary shuttle bus service departs from A1 Waiting Area's outside pick-up point at 2:00 PM, and returns from Sun World Ba Na Hills at 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:30 PM. - Check the official website for the daily opening hours before your visit.
