What's not allowed

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the zoo.

• Feeding the animals with food other than animal food purchased from the zoo feeding station is not permitted.

• Climbing on or crossing over any fences or safety barriers is not allowed.

• Teasing the animals, throwing rocks, trash, or any items into the animal enclosures is not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed on this experience.

• Safety is a priority so Zoo Zip and Big Climb are restricted for guests under the height of 1.4m (4.59ft), and Junior Climb is for guests between 110 cm and 135 cm in height.

• This venue is accessible by wheelchair and pram/stroller.

• Animal-related activities are subject to availability according to the health of the animals and their physical condition.

• If you're opting for the explorer ticket, check the schedule for the zoo activities before your visit.

• The Driving Adventure is restricted for kids between 6 and 12 years old, with a maximum of two laps per day.

• Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• Explorer Tickets can be used on public holidays, but General Admission tickets cannot.
