- Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

- The Once Upon A River animal show requires advanced seat reservation. Please book via https://www.mandai.com/en/book-presentation-seats.html#rw
- Enjoy complimentary access to Mandai Gallery with your admission ticket. Re-entry to the gallery is not allowed.
- Last admission is one hour before closing time. Check the official website for the daily opening hours, closure dates, and show schedule before your visit.
Amazon River Quest:
- Last ride is at 5:30PM.
- Minimum height requirement for this boat experience is 106cm.
- Children between 106-135cm in height must be accompanied by an adult.
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with walking disabilities and/or health problems such as motion sickness or dizziness, heart conditions, back or neck disorder, and impaired physical health.
- Amazon River Quest boat ride at River Wonders will be closed for annual maintenance from 31 August to 30 September 2026.
