- Present your smartphone ticket at the ticket office.
- You can enter anytime between 10:00 and 12:00 or 14:00 and 16:00.
- A cloakroom is available. Baby carriers will be checked. No pets are allowed, except guide dogs.
- Audio guide is not included. You may purchase at the entrance.

- From Piazzale Roma or Ferrovia: Vaporetto 1 or 2, direction Lido, get off at Accademia.
