Wheelchair Accessibility: Pamukkale and Hierapolis are partially accessible for wheelchair users. While the main entrance and some areas of Pamukkale’s terraces are accessible, certain sections may have uneven terrain. The ancient ruins of Hierapolis may be more challenging due to steps and uneven surfaces.

• For the audio guide, please ensure your smartphone is fully charged and that you have your headphones with you. 
• We recommend downloading the audio guide in advance of your visit to avoid any internet connectivity issues (no access or roaming charges) during your experience. Once downloaded, you can use the offline mode for seamless access.
