- The guided tour with tower access is not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, and people with walking disabilities.
- The towers may be closed for maintenance or due to bad weather conditions.
- As it is a Catholic church, visitors must dress appropriately. Tank tops, strapless shirts, exposed backs or bellies, short shorts, barefoot, flip flops, and sandals are not allowed. Visitors are also not allowed to enter with special clothing to celebrate any sort of festivities.
