TOEI Kyoto Studio Park is the only theme park in Japan where you can observe the filming of period dramas, known as jidaigeki films. Walk freely around the TOEI Kyoto Studio film set, depicting a street from the Edo period, used to shoot more than 200 films per year. Train to become a samurai, take a guided tour of the village, watch shows, or visit the village fortune teller. You can even view the 15-meter statue of the EVA-01 from the Neon Genesis Evangelion anime.

Good to know:
- The 1-day Free Pass can be used until the last train of the day after the exchange. Discounts are also valid only on the date listed on the pass.
- Bicycle Rental is available from 9:00 to 17:00 (10:00 am to 17:00 pm in winter)
*Rental reception ends at 15:00. No appointment needed. As the number of available bicycles is limited, advance reservations are also possible.
