Standing at 103 meters tall, the Tsutenkaku towers over the town of Shinsekai in Osaka. The tower is known for its outdoor lights, showing a different colour set every few months. Designed by Tachu Naito, the building has an observation deck with a shrine to Billiken, the God of Happiness, as well as other exciting activities and experiences.

DIVE & WALK is an adrenaline-pumping attraction made up of two exciting components. Strap into a safety harness and challenge yourself on an athletic course along the side of a building, 26 meters above the ground. Plus, experience the thrill of jumping from a height of 40 meters, free-falling down to 14 meters. Participants must be between 15 to 65 years old to join this activity. Separate admission is required for the General Observation Deck and Special Outdoor Observation Deck.

Child policy:
- Children under 5 years are free of charge for the observation deck only.

- Last entry is 9:15 PM.
- One-time entry. No re-entry allowed.
- Check the official website for the daily opening hours and closure dates before your visit.
- General admission, outdoor admission and "TOWER SLIDER": Please present the QR code at the B1 floor entrance gate of Tsutenkaku on the day of arrival to exchange your ticket. Exchange location: 1-18-6 Ebisuchigashi, Naniwa-ku, Osaka.
- Please note that you have to wait in line for the elevator to enter the facility. If you walk away from the line, you might not be able to enter.
"DIVE & WALK" Experience:
- Please present the QR code at the Tsutenkaku SATELLITE on the day of arrival to exchange your ticket. Exchange location: 1-6-3 Ebisuchigashi, Naniwa-ku, Osaka (Tsutenkaku SATELLITE).
Participants must be at least 15 years old and under 66 to join this activity.

"TOWER SLIDER" Experience:
- Participants are not eligible to use the facility if they are under 6 or over 66 years of age, shorter than 120 cm in height, or weigh over 120 kg.
