Good to know: - Visit Osaka Rapi:t is valid only for international travellers and cannot be used by Japanese citizens. - This ticket cannot be used on the same day of purchase. Seats on limited express trains are available for reservation from the day of purchase onward. - To reserve a seat on a limited express ticket, you must do so after purchasing the ticket and at least five minutes before the train's departure. Please note that seat reservations are not available on Tuesdays from 3:00 AM to 4:30 AM Japan time due to maintenance work. - Tickets for up to eight people travelling to and from Kansai Airport on the same day can be purchased. If multiple tickets are bought, they must be transferred to other customers' mobile devices, except for the one used by the purchaser. In the event of a lost, malfunctioning, or dead mobile device, you will be unable to use the digital ticket, and refunds will not be provided. - Recommended browsers and systems for using the digital tickets are iOS 15 or later with the latest Safari version, or Android 10.0 or later with the newest Chrome version. Please note that despite using recommended systems and browsers, you may still encounter compatibility issues requiring assistance due to device or usage environment differences. - Upon presenting your digital ticket, you will receive a shopping coupon valid at Namba CITY, Namba Parks, and Namba SkyO.
