- The river cruise departs every 30 minutes from Pier 3 on the Vltava River (Stop 8 on the blue route), with the first departure at 10:00 AM from April to September and at 12:00 PM from October to March. The last departure is at 10:00 PM from April to September and at 6:00 PM from October to March. Please also refer to the official website for the latest operating hours.
