Hokkaido Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area Pass (Hokkaido Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area Pass - Four Days)

Child Policy: - Free of charge: Children five years of age and under. - Each adult or child pass holder can accompany up to 1 child/ infant (1-5 years old) for free. A ticket is required for the additional child/ infant. Good to know: - The pass is available exclusively to non-Japanese passport holders. - Travelers may use the automatic ticket gates, manual ticketing will not be required. - The pass must be used in 4 consecutive days from the designated first use day. - All participants must present their passports (original copy) for ticket redemption, and the representative’s name for group bookings must match the name entered during the booking process. If the names do not match, the pass cannot be redeemed. - Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area Pass can be exchanged or purchased only at New Chitose Airport, Sapporo and Noboribetsu Stations. This is pass valid on: - JR Hokkaido trains (excluding Hokkaido Shinkansen) in Sapporo-Noboribetsu area. - Reserved seats in ordinary car of limited express trains on JR Hokkaido Line in Sapporo-Noboribetsu area. - Reserved seats of temporary trains (limited express/local) on JR Hokkaido Line in Sapporo-Noboribetsu area. - Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area Pass holders cannot ride the Hokkaido Shinkansen Hayabusa and Hayate trains. If you wish to ride the Hokkaido Shinkansen, you will be required to purchase a separate Basic fare ticket, Limited express ticket, etc. - Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area Pass holders cannot take the “South Hokkaido Railway”. A separate ticket will be required when taking the train. - The rail pass cannot be used for JR Hokkaido Bus, the streetcar and the subway in Sapporo.
