- Both the ropeway and mini cable car operate every 15 minutes. The ropeway ride takes approximately 5 minutes, while the mini cable car ride takes approximately 10 minutes.
- Please present the QR code at Sanroku Station (Ropeway Base Station) to redeem your round-trip ticket. Address: Sanroku Station, 4th Floor Ticket Counter Fushimi 5-chome 3-7, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaidō
- A free shuttle bus is available from Tram Ropeway Entrance Station to Sanroku Station (Ropeway Base Station). Please check the official website for the timetable: https://mt-moiwa.jp/access/shuttlebus-tram/
