Guests will be notified of weather conditions before ticket scanning. - If a guest has visited the indoor observatory on level 74 but cannot access the rooftop on level 78 due to sudden rain, re-entry will still be permitted on the rescheduled visit date. - Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing medical conditions like heart or joint conditions, respiratory issues, high blood pressure, and epilepsy are not allowed on the Mahanakhon I-Tilt.
