Child policy:
- Children below 90cm in height are free of charge.
Opening hours:
- Rainbow Skywalk: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Wednesdays to Mondays and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Tuesdays
- Observatory Deck: 10:00AM to 9:00 PM from Wednesdays to Mondays and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Tuesdays
- Sky Bridge: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily
- Level 3 Attractions (Penang State Gallery, Durian King of Fruit, Tongkat Ali Museum, GP Meta Kart), Level 4 Attractions (Jelly Bump, Jungle Gym, Topoggan, TOP Boutique Aquarium), and Level 5 Attractions (Tech Dome, Magic Mirror Maze, Zombie Outbreak, Musical Carousel, UFO-X, Jurassic Research Center, Carnival Games, Arcade Games): 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily
- Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time, except for Sky Bridge, which is one hour before closing time. Check the official website for the daily opening hours of each attraction before your visit.
