Child policy: - Children under 4 years are free of charge at Moominvalley Park. - Children under 6 years are free of charge at the Seibu line. Good to know: - Only available for non-Japanese passport holders. - The bus ticket included in the travel pass may be used on buses operated by Seibu Bus, Kokusai Kogyo Bus, and Eagle Bus. - Redeem your travel pass at the SEIBU Tourist Information Centre Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Both your admission ticket and travel pass are valid within two weeks of the exchange date.
