Important Information
Child policy:
- Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by a paying companion aged 16 years and above.
- Ticket prices are determined based on the birth year instead of the exact birth date.
Good to know:
- The park is open 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and during Malaysian school and public holidays.
- Check the official website for the daily opening hours, as well as a list of available attractions and their respective age, height, and weight requirements, before your visit.
- Guests with the following conditions are not allowed to ride the Eye of Gardens: pregnancy, arm or leg casts, recent surgery or conditions that may be easily aggravated, back or neck disorders, heart or blood pressure issues, fear of enclosed spaces, epilepsy, prosthetic or missing limbs, fear of heights, and motion sickness or dizziness.
