The Sagrada Familia follows seasonal opening hours, which may occasionally change due to religious services or special events.
November to February:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM–6:00 PM
March and October:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
April to September:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM–8:00 PM
Special opening hours: On December 25 and 26, and January 1 and 6, the basilica is open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Quiet hour notice: From February 2, 2026, the hour between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM will be observed as a designated quiet hour. Visits continue as normal, but visitors are expected to remain silent and use earphones for any audio content.
Mass times of Sagrada Família
The Sagrada Familia is an active place of worship and hosts regular religious services.
International Mass:
Held every Sunday at 9:00 AM. The service lasts about one hour, is conducted in multiple languages, and is free to attend. Seating is limited and operates on a first-come basis.
Additional services:
The basilica also holds regular crypt masses in Spanish and Catalan, as well as special services on major religious holidays, some of which are by invitation only.
